"This manufactured home is well maintained & very clean. It is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only negatives are the couch cushions need to be replaced & sand needs to be cleaned out of the hot tub."

"Our group of 11 stayed very comfortably. It was nice to stay at a short term rental where you were not provided with the least expensive and most limited amount of items. I’m not saying other rentals are wrong in doing this, it was a very nice unexpected surprise: knives that cut, fully stocked kitchen, so many towels and linens at our disposal, a second roll of toilet paper, garbage bags, basic kitchen items like parchment paper, aluminum foil, coffee pot filters, the list goes on. It felt like coming home not a rental. The house is not overly large, but it is spacious and has an open concept in the living areas that are perfectly furnished and layed out to very comfortably accommodate a large group. The listing says accommodates 12. Our group was 11 and we had no problem being in the kitchen together. It seems designed with the purpose of gathering and enjoying each other. However, 3 of the rooms only have access through the screened in porch and one is completely separate from the house, so there is a decent amount of privacy to be had as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the bay, the kayaks, the ping pong table, and the many chairs and swings in the covered porch. Beautiful home would highly recommend a stay! "
