DEL MAR RETREAT & OCEAN VIEW! Walk to the beach!

  • STUNNING newly renovated condo overlooking the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds. This beautiful home has breathtaking views of the ocean and racetrack and is located in the heart of Solana Beach and Del Mar. Walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

    This property is the perfect unit to call home away from home. It has abundant natural light, a fully loaded kitchen for cooking, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Disney+, and Hulu, and high speed internet. Master bedroom includes king size bed, desk, two closets, large, en suite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom includes bunk bed-twin over full (crib also available). The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, pool access and pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys! During race season, watch the horses from the comfort of the patio.

We really enjoyed staying here. Great location, great view and great communication with hosts. We had a housekeeping related issue the first day and the host took care of it as soon as possible. I would stay here again if in the area.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here for just over a week and it was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. Easy access to great food, beaches, the railway, San Diego, the fair (and horse track) and anything else that you might want to do in the area. We HIGHLY recommend and will be back.

Del Mar with a view!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway to San Diego! The location is great for the fairgrounds and horse track as well as being able to walk to the beach was amazing! The host does a great job of communicating with you. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location with exceptional views

We booked this condo for friends to stay the weekend of our daughters wedding. We were quite pleased with everything. The condo was comfortable, clean and the view of the ocean and race track was incredible. We will definitely rent here again when family comes to town. Thank you.

Therapy at Dog Beach

The property was fantastic. Two items that could use attention, top sheet on the bed had a rip in it and the plug in air fresheners gave the house an unnatural scent, also a bit more attention to detail in the towel linen area. We loved looking out and seeing the ocean!!! Dog beach was amazing. We sat and watched all the dogs play, it was like being at a broadway show/sitcom. We would definitely stay at this property again

Great Ocean View

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I loved the panoramic view of the ocean. Solana. Beach and close by Del Mar are beautiful beach towns. The place is well kept and clean. A feature that I appreciated is having a garage in which to park my car. Anne is an exemplary host. She is easy to communicate with and will promptly respond to messages. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Condo for Del Mar Races and Access to Local Amenities

The primary purpose of our trip was to attend a couple of days of racing at Del Mar. We had a clear view of the track and enjoying watching the workouts each morning. Even though the home is above a very busy street, we just kept the patio door closed and we heard no road noise. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Really appreciated having a garage for our car. Communication with Anne was very easy and we had no trouble with either check-in or check-out. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the provided coffee was a highlight each morning. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, which helped keep our luggage lighter. We also appreciated the beach accessories available for guest use. The boogie board was our daughter’s favorite. The views of the beach and racetrack were beautiful. During our stay, the county fair was taking place, and we could hear the nightly concerts. The pool was a great amenity. Although it was a little chilly for us in June, our daughter loved it and used it often.The communication and customer service were exceptional. One evening, the TV remote battery died, and Anne quickly helped me download an app on my phone so we could still use the TV. By the next morning, the remote charger was waiting on the front porch. We really appreciated the quick response and attention to detail.Thank you, Anne, for such a great stay! We would happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable San Diego vacation.
