"Wonderful service at front desk - I advised I had an early train and they organized a bagged breakfast for me as I was leaving before the breakfast room was open. The location is just meters from the train station which is good but the area around the train station could use upgrades. No fault of the hotel."

"Hotel was spotlessly clean and service throughout the hotel was excellent. The hotel was modern, new carpets and modern furnishings. Our room was excellent and the lift takes you up to each floor. The breakfast was superb, very large range of continental plus cooked food such as an English breakfast, the coffee out of the two machines was exceptional. The staff were always so helpful and very nice to chat to, also very knowledgeable. The hotel is 15 mins walk from metro Serdika and easy to find. The pavement before the hotel is uneven and at night it was quite dark so be aware but was very safe in the neighbourhood. Our favourite eaterie was Spaghetti Kitchen bar in Svetla, the food is to die for and cheap, two main meals plus dessert £25, also they catered very well for gluten free. Near the hotel is a local Billa supermarket which has a very comprehensive range of food and drink etc. Overall thankyou to the hotel for a fabulous stay."

"I spent a long Easter week-end with my wife in Sofia. The hotel was perfectly located for accessing all the central sites. The furniture in our room was a little dated, but it was a very spacious room, the beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was great. The staff were very helpful with good insights on local restaurants and tourist trips."
