"The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the heart of Sofia. It's a large hotel with multiple lift lobbies and large meeting/ event rooms everywhere. The private spa and gym accessible with a fee is world class with a range of equipment and experiences that would shame most hotel spas in northern Europe. NYE dinner at the Vienna Restaurant was very well planned..They even had a crèche for younger children with games and activities organised all evening in a room next to the restaurant....
