Entire flat is design furnished and really spacious - 100 sq.m., located on Rakovski street, next to the favorite places for entertainment of Sofia residents and guests - restaurants, bars, galleries and shops. The apartment is located on the first floor with a garden. Around our place are the most significant historic sights of the city, museums, Vitosha pedestrian boulevard, National Palace of Culture, the exhibitions, museums, churches, and other close to all main attractions. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk away from subway station NDK and 12 minutes from Vassil Levski metro station with direct line to the airport, and 1 minute walk away from bus and trolleybus transports. This is a 100m² spacey apartment which offers a comfortable stay: \- 1st bedroom (20 m2) with Euro-King size bed 160/200 and comfortable folding sofa bed for 1 person with mattress and additional top mattress - 90/198 bed size, with TV and air conditioning. \- 2nd bedroom (18 m2) with Euro-King size bed 160/200 and comfortable folding sofa bed for 1 person with mattress and additional top mattress - 90/198 bed size, with air conditioning \- Living area (with comfortable folding sofa bed for 2 persons with mattress - 140/198 bed size), with TV and air conditioning. This area can be separated by a solid folding portal door from the dining area, kitchen and the other bedrooms, cable TV - 35m², with air conditioning, dining area, brand new full equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with frozing camera, dishwasher, dryer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen cutlery. Coffee, tea, cream and spices are provided for your stay. \- A small terrace to inner courtyard. \- Two bathrooms with WC \- Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and some other aids \- Very fast Wi-Fi \- Ironing board and iron \- Washing machine with a dryer \- Hairdryer \- Constant hot water and CENTRAL HEATING \- No baby crib! The apartment is not available for children under 6 years.
