"Staff brilliant, loads of shops and restaurants nearby and great air conditioning in the room. Location is good and it’s a pleasant amble from the bus and train station. The drainage in the shower room I was staying in couldn’t handle the amount of water so it flooded into the bedroom. Judging from the floor repairs this is a regular occurrence which is a shame as apart from that it’s a great place to stay."

"Very nice hotel in central Sofia about 10 minutes walk from Serdika metro station on the line from the airport. Room and bathroom were both large with plenty of storage space though not particularly modern. A good buffet breakfast was included with hot and cold items. Plenty of eating and drinking places close by."
