  • 2-family house "Beate". In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 70 m. Supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Sölden Wildmoos" 160 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.6 km, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Cable car 1.1 km, ski lift 1.1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Note the ski bus timetable: from Christmas to approx. Easter 4 trips daily to the mountain gondola and back.
    "Beate", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The appartment is not closed off by a door to the staircase. The landlady lives on the completely separate ground floor.
