"The pool Is on maintenance, my room had 2 water bottles one was open already I called so they could change it but it never happened. Also the toilet had a stain it look like not watched properly."

"The hotel was centrally locale to a number of restaurants, clean and kept tidy. The breakfast was decent with fresh fruit and offerings which varied daily. Easy access to to malls by uber. Would stay again and definitely recommend"

"Checking in was a breeze, it helped that they spoke fluent English and gave great recommendations to the other restaurants in the nearby area. The buffet style breakfast was exceptional as they switched it up every morning. The servers were very friendly and attentive. They assisted with heating up some leftovers because there’s no microwave in the rooms. Probably for the best, to help keep unwanted pest over time. House keeping was on time for every time and they made sure replenish as needed. There’s a multi plaza moments away which was most convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely will make it our go to for every time we’re visiting Panamá!"
