"If you ever stay at this property, you will know exactly what that means. Check in is via a kiosk with an agent overseas. Never experienced anything like that but it was ok. They have worked hard to make this into a clean, safe, and comfortable hotel experience. It was quite nice EXCEPT for the horrible smell emitting from one of those plug in scent things with liquid in a reservoir. It would send a skunk running. We unplugged it and bagged it but the smell stayed with us. Note to owner: Please...
