The room we got was not in the main house, but above the garage. It was spacious and functional but also was showing its age. The bathroom had a bit of a weird smell as soon as one drained some water by flushing the toilette or running the sink. The towels weren't 100% white anymore and the cheap mini-fridge was loud. The fireplace looks great in a picture but is just a standard square unit hidden behind a metal facade. It was really loud, so we chose not to operate it past the initial heating of the room. Cleanliness felt superficial, as we found spider webs and a plastic bottle someone left in the fridge. Overall, fine for a night to stay, but not on par with any of the other places we stayed during our road trip.
