Entertainment staff worked VERY hard--shout-out to Theo, those on Trapeze, teaching yoga, dance, etc. Another shout out to Kayshala who worked at customer service. She worked really hard to help us on multiple occasions. The bartenders were great, most of the restaurant staff great and everyone very friendly. Now, I would give the food a zero star rating. It was boring and the same every single day. No flavor, no spices, just boring. For vegetarians, there were really few choices (I eat fish so that helped) I found one of chefs very rude as well as his sous chef and the restaruant manager on duty that day. This is a old resort that is in need of a complete remolding. But the beach was wonderful and the ocean beautiful. (1,004 reviews) The room was spotless and the resort was beautiful. My only complaint is the staff doesn’t tell you the mini bar has sensors if you move an item it will charge your card. I moved items in the refrigerator to make space for my water and it charged my card thinking I had used the items. The front desk clerk did remove the charges but that is something they should let you know during check in .
