  • RIMFIRE 351/352 -2 BEDROOM - 2 BEDROOM 2 BATHS - BEDDING: Master BR King, BR #2 King, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. This charming condo is cozy with a rustic feel. It has a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and gas fireplace. The bedrooms have king beds and TVs with 2 full bathrooms, it has a full kitchen, and a gas fireplace. Large deck with Western vistas of the mountains and amazing mountain sunsets. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on. WESTERN VIEWS

    LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

    ~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
    ~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
    ~ No Smoking or Vaping
    ~ No large gatherings
    ~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
    ~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
    ~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
    ~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
    ~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
    ~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.
