This studio condo is located on the top floor of the main Timberline Lodge building with easy access to ski slopes and the onsite restaurant, The Edge. Enjoy views from the private balcony across Fanny Hill to the aspen forests beyond. This studio outfitted with an efficiency kitchen provides a great home base for your Snowmass adventures! The first thing you'll notice when stepping into Unit 318 is the view that streams in through the full wall of glass doors. Facing the east, you'll enjoy beautiful light across the terrain in the mornings as the day comes to life. Watch the first skiers as they make their way down Fanny Hill or be the first to hit the slopes yourself from this convenient location! This well-appointed studio provides everything needed for a mountain getaway. A comfortable couch is situated near the glass doors, perfect for soaking in the outdoor views. You'll also find a flatscreen TV for leisurely moments of downtime as you soak up the relaxed pace of life on vacation. Put your feet up on the coffee table and relax in this restful space, which is tastefully decorated in neutral colors. The studio is light and bright, with whitewashed wooden beam ceilings, plenty of natural light during the day, and recessed and track lighting to create a relaxing ambiance in the evenings. This studio is well-suited for 1-4 travelers. The queen bed is outfitted with high-quality linens, and you'll find yourself quickly drifting off to sleep after a full day of adventuring. If needed, the sofa also converts into a queen pull-out sofa bed, making this a great unit for families with children or friends travelling together. The bathroom in this condo is sleek and modern, with a spacious tile and glass shower. Take advantage of the efficiency galley kitchen, where a mini-refrigerator, two-burner stove, and microwave oven make it possible to enjoy meals and snacks within the comfort of your accommodations. With its convenient slope-side location, popping back in for a meal or snack mid-ski session is a breeze. Offering 365 square feet of living space and cozy slope-side comforts, this studio condo is a great option for making the most of your Snowmass getaway! Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo is air-conditioned to keep it cool in warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. There was a great view of the mountains from the balcony which I sat on at the end of every day’s activities. The. complex is on a hill so if you walk down to Snowmass Village be prepared for a rigorous walk back. Staff were always helpful and even cleaned the dishes left in the sink. Parking was convenient right across the street. I’m sure this is a great winter rental so close to the ski lifts at Snowmass Mountain. It’s very close to Aspen where I spent a lot of my time. We stayed in the fall and colors all around Aspen did not disappoint. I imagine that the venue (not this 3rd floor room) would be considered a ski-in, as our room looked out over a ski run. The only negative I noted is that the shower had a rather low ceiling, so it would likely be uncomfortable or even difficult to use for anyone over 6'3". One thing to note, the same room was priced higher on another app so be sure to check various apps, or check the price for booking direct. ##### Edward G. The check-in was simple. The building we stayed did not have an elevator so I had to take all of our bags and groceries up the stairs. This is my only complain. The atagf is friendly and helpful. They have a deiver that can take you or pick you up near Snowmass. The room was good with a view to Snomass. Easy walk from the condominium to Snowmass Mall and from there you can take a lift to Snowmass village. It’s a great place to stay. ##### Miguel R.
