This spacious condo boasts 1350 square feet of living space, giving it the feel of a true home. A ground floor corner unit, you'll find single-level living here with no stairs with which to contend. A spacious great room and three private bedrooms provide ample space for a family or group in this beautifully maintained condo!

A true sense of home permeates throughout this condo, where you'll find everything needed to enjoy your stay. Slip right into your condo from Building B's main level, a distinct convenience. The sprawling great room offers warmth and character, with solid wood beam ceilings and a light brick fireplace focal wall. Make yourself at home on the spacious leather sectional or one of the oversized easy chairs situated near the fireplace. Lots of sunlight floods into this corner unit with glass doors and windows on multiple walls. Step through the glass doors to the private patio, which offers views of the mountains across the valley.

The open concept floorplan in this condo is conducive to quality time spent together. Move easily between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with plenty of counterspace to prepare a meal or set out snacks. Pull a cushioned stool up to the island for a quick bite to eat, or settle around the adjacent dining table, where there's seating available for six.

The master bedroom is situated at the other end of the condo from the great room for maximum privacy. The master is decorated in pleasant neutral colors and boasts a spacious king bed. An en suite master bathroom offers a tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and is located right across the hall from the second bathroom, where you'll find a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom is great for kids, with two twin beds. In addition to the flatscreen TV in the living room, each bedroom in this condo also boasts its own flatscreen TV, creating many options for entertainment.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
