Features such as a private balcony overlooking a mountain and tree view, a sprawling fireside leather couch in the living room, and a unique loft tucked away on the upper level make this a residence your family or friends will love! Enter into the kitchen of this sprawling condo, where you'll find a total of 830 square feet of living space. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops, creating a modern space for meal preparation. All the cookware and tableware needed are provided, so you can cook breakfast with ease before heading out for the day. The kitchen island makes a great casual dining area and has seating for five. The whole crew can gather in the living room, where a comfortable high-quality leather sofa awaits. Catch a movie on the wall mounted flatscreen TV or simply enjoy the rhythmic flicker of the fireplace. The gas fireplace adds a chic, modern feel to the space. While lingering in the living room, your eyes are sure to wander to the full wall of glass doors that stretch across one side. Admire the pine and mountain views from indoors or step out onto your private balcony, where you'll find chairs perfect for sitting in as you indulge in a steaming cup of coffee. With a private bedroom on the main level and an upper-level loft, this condo is well suited to accommodate up to six guests with plenty of privacy for all. The private bedroom boasts a spacious king bed outfitted with high quality linens and a second flatscreen TV. Right across the hallway is the bathroom, which offers a tile and glass shower. There's plenty of space between the master bedroom and the loft, providing extra privacy in the evenings. Head up the stairs that lead from the great room to the loft to find two double beds and a third flatscreen TV. There is a full bathroom with a shower and tub combination located in the loft. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room sofa sleeper can also be utilized. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo is air-conditioned to keep it cool during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Very clean, updated, and clearly cares for. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (I needed a cheese grater and they had one!), and our balcony view was beautiful. Usually it’s just my husband and I, but this time, we brought a friend and he had everything he needed in his own personal space in the loft. Some things to consider before staying here: -if you plan to walk to the shopping area, be prepared for a very steep hill. It will definitely take a toll if you’re not in shape/used to the altitude -this particular condo is on the 3rd floor and as the listing mentions, there are no elevators (other very kind guests helped us bring up a cooler) -bring your own coffee grounds and filters (they had two coffee makers and single pack of complimentary grounds. Unfortunately, no coffee filter. Wasn’t a deal breaker by any means. The property management staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful. We couldn’t have had a better stay in Snowmass, and hopefully can return to this VRBO in the future! ##### Regina T. We stayed with a family of six, including children, ranging in age from 13 to 2! This was the absolute perfect location and perfect space for our family. Short walk to the mall that even my two-year-old could accomplish. We enjoyed a free outdoor concert, shopping at the mall, and even drove back and forth to Aspen for a hockey school. the staff at the front desk was so incredibly polite and accommodating! We had the best time and will absolutely be back next year. On a sidenote, There were a lot of comments I read about not having an air conditioning unit. The property has an air conditioning now, and we were very comfortable during our stay at the end of July! This may sound silly, but the beds had the best sheets I have ever slept in. So incredibly comfortable I actually looked up the brand and bought my own because they were so amazing. we loved this property! ##### Jacqueline D. This was a clean and decently-appointed condominium with a great location for our wants and needs. The shuttle service was much needed and appreciated and allowed us to avoid a rental car. We will most certainly rent here again in the future should the need arise. I would like to suggest more bedding/blankets be available in the condo for the fold out sofa bed. They did not disappoint. While most everything was closed down due to shoulder season, it also meant we had hot tub to ourselves. Staff was great and location was great. It was on the 3rd floor so we did get a few extra steps, but all good. Kitchen had all we needed for meal prep. No ice, but we made do. Thank you. ##### Mark B.
