This welcoming condo features an open floorplan with 865 square feet of living space. Conveniently located on the ground level, you'll enjoy large glass doors that open up onto a private patio with scenic tree and mountain views. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this condo an easy choice for families or friends traveling together!   
  
Welcome to your home away from home at Timberline! Upon entry into this condo, take a seat on the convenient bench in the foyer to remove outdoor gear and stow it away in the storage cubbies, keeping things organized and ready for your next adventure. Stepping further in, you'll find a warm great room that encourages time spent together. The furnishings in the living room are thoughtfully arranged to promote conversation with a comfortable sofa, easy chair, and accent chairs all encircling a sturdy wooden coffee table. Sip warm beverages alongside the gas fireplace or spread a game out on the coffee table for a fun-filled evening. You'll also find a wall-mounted TV in the living room for those who want to stay connected and entertained. The wall of glass doors in the living room allows views of the scenic landscape to filter in, and the exterior patio offers an additional space to lounge when the weather is warm. When hunger strikes, head easily into the kitchen within this seamless floorplan. The kitchen offers full-sized stainless steel appliances, cookware, tableware, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The spacious kitchen island doubles as both an area for prepping meals and a dining space.   
  
It's easy to get a good night's rest from the comfortable bedrooms in this condo. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, dresser, and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom gives added convenience and offers a corner shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a large dresser with plenty of drawer space, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The second bedroom is located right across the hall from the second bathroom, where you'll find a glass and tile shower and tub combination.   
  
Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.   
  
You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
