Sip coffee in the morning before hitting the trails from the comfort of this outdoor living space, with trees and plants creating serene surroundings. On winter days, enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace in the great room. The TV is tucked into a corner built-in with entertainment readily available for relaxing evenings after exciting days filled with adventure.

Move easily from the living room to the kitchen within this naturally flowing floorplan. The kitchen boasts a large eat-in island with seats for four. Full-sized stainless steel appliances and all cookware and dinnerware provided means that it is easy to enjoy meals from the comfort of your home away from home. At the end of a day filled with forever memories, get a good night's rest from the privacy of the primary suite so that you're rested and ready for another adventure the following day. The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, large dresser for unpacking, and a second television. The primary bathroom offers a glass and tile shower separate from the vanity for added privacy. The second bedroom has mountain-inspired décor touches and a comfortable queen bed. Right across the hall, the second bathroom features a shower and tub combination. For an additional sleeping option, the living room sofa opens up to a pullout bed. This family-friendly condo is ready and waiting to house the memories made on your next Snowmass vacation!

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
