Offering 965 square feet, there is ample space here for a couple or family to enjoy a Snowmass vacation. A patio offers extended outdoor living, while you'll also find everything you need for comfortable living in the cozy great room with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Neutral tones and a variety of textures in the great room of this condo give it a warm, welcoming feel. Layered rugs anchor the living area, where a plush sleeper sofa and three easy chairs create a gathering space for conversating, playing games, or watching a movie in the evenings. It's easy to linger in the warmth of the living room, especially on cold winter days. The massive stone fireplace adds an element of interest to the space and creates a nice ambiance on snowy evenings. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV is located near the fireplace for entertainment options. Whitewashed wooden beam ceilings overhead keep the great room light and bright, while still adding the feel of mountain cabin living. This condo has a clean open floorplan, with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all located together in one seamless space. Take advantage of full kitchen access even while on vacation from this well-appointed unit. The kitchen offers full-sized appliances, cookware, tableware, and plenty of counter space on the island for meal prep. The second bedroom is great for families traveling with children, offering two twin beds. A second bathroom is conveniently located right across the hall and offers a glass and tile shower with a full tub. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. The layout of the condo was so nice for the 5 people we had with us. Everyone had their own space and bed. We enjoyed the rustic decor and cozy feel. Only issue for us was that it’s located fairly far from the pools and hot tubs so that wasn’t very easily accessible but still okay.
