Spanning 500 sq. ft. (46 sqm) across two levels, this thoughtfully designed retreat features a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, plush seating, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The recently remodeled kitchen offers everything you need for easy in-condo dining, complemented by a dining area with ample seating. The upper loft level provides a private escape with a Queen bed and a convenient half bath. The main level also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy crisp mountain air and scenic Snowmass views. For an added treat, indulge in an evening at The Edge Restaurant, conveniently located right in the same building. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo features air conditioning to keep it cool in the warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. The resort was nice, had great views. Pool was nice, however had an issue with a group of women drinking heavily, cursing like sailors and talking loudly about drug use at the pool. They seemed to know the staff and it seemed like it was a regular routine for them at the pool. Definitely wasnt appropriate for our children to be hearing. The front desk was able to help when extra towel or two was needed. We also didn’t wait very long at all to have the bellmen drive us around Snowmass. An on-site ski shop made rentals a breeze.
