This Shadowbrook condo was exactly what we were looking for! We love Snowmass and have stayed in other units in this complex previously. The location is perfect and our group of 8 adults fit very comfortably! We appreciated that there were two twin beds in the den/DR instead of a queen-size murphy bed, as we have had in other units (our adult boys do not enjoy sleeping together! Haha!).The condo was spotless throughout and very well equipped. Everything we needed for cooking meals was provided and there was plenty of glassware, mugs, and dishes for our large group...we even grilled one night!The washer and dryer were extremely handy to have, as we were able to wash our bath towels and hot tub towels daily (in addition to our regular clothing and drying our snow gear!). The Shadowbrook condo met and went beyond our expectations. Instructions for our arrival and departure were clear and concise. The location to the bus stops was great and buses were incredibly on time to the minute! The kitchen was supplied with any thing we could have possibly needed. We initially had a problem with the power to the refrigerator. After a note to management, maintenance arrived within 10 minutes to solve the problem. The pdf of info was very helpful and we used it the whole time. There was no water the first day which was very inconvenient but they offered to do the dishes, flush toilets, brought extra paper goods and waters…so helpful and timely!! The condo was spectacular it really had all we needed . Kitchen , towels , appliances , jacuzzi, beds, Pillows, perfect location for ski in and ski out we really did not need a car or the shuttle . The website and attention throughout was extraordinary . Instructions easy to follow and we are already thinking about next year dates! The grounds of Shadowbrook and the pool area were really well kept. We enjoyed the condo, it was as pictured, clean, with the exception of the balcony area that needed some attention. They did offer to come clean it, but we overlooked it and did enjoy sitting out there. The 3 bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space to spread out for a family of 5 traveling with grown young adult children was great. Would recommend! ##### mary L. The location and privacy were perfect for our needs ( 3 adults, 2 kids 12 & 14). We also got some well needed tips for the surrounding area (ex how to do Maroon Bells) before our trip began. He need help to pick up the door etc.. as it was too heavy for him. His foot bleed and it was bruised. I reported the issue, and it was repaired promptly.
