Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 506 is a top level end unit with floor to ceiling windows throughout the main living area. You will truly enjoy relaxing indoors while taking in the view of the surrounding Aspen and Spruce trees just outside your condo. When you want to soak up some of that amazing Colorado sunshine just head out to one of the two private balconies this vacation rental offers. Unwind with a good book, a glass of wine or grill your favorite foods on the gas grill while listening to the babbling brook below.
This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is spacious and offers everything your group will need to experience a wonderful vacation together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for privacy. The master bedroom offers a king bed and the second bedroom is appointed with one queen bed. The den area becomes a third sleeping area when the accordion door is closed. The den in this unit has two comfortable twin day beds. They provide a great spot to hang out during the day and a restful sleeping space in the evening.
The open and bright living area has a beautifully remodeled kitchen with 4 breakfast bar stools. Enjoy a morning coffee here while pouring over the trail maps and planning the day ahead. The dining table, in front of the wood fireplace beckons you to sit and enjoy a meal with your travel companions or a board game to pass a cozy evening together.
Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall.

Property was nice location easy to ski on/off. Space was cozy enough for 6 of us. Appreciated the large capacity washer/dryer. Grotto hot tub was great and needed in negative temps.

I thought everything was top-shelf for our intended use. Great location, as advertised, clean, etc. I thought the management company/personnel were excellent in communication and function. The pre-visit/visit guidebook was an excellent online tool that covered all aspects and included my acid-test item (what type of coffee device - I usually have to ask). There was one blessing/curse. The condo was evidently recently upgraded in the kitchen and we personally had a struggle operating most of the appliances due to the hi-tech nature. Some simple instructions would be nice going forward for us old-school folks. Example, due to the latency of getting hot water, even understanding the kitchen sink control direction was time-consuming the first time. And the stove, microwave, and dishwasher required experimentation and thought. The condo was well fitted with humidifier and portable heaters for personal preference. Three full modern baths was very nice. Overall, excellent stay, great location with easy access to elevator, parking, and slopes. Would repeat without hesitation, especially due to the communications and response of the management staff. Kudos!

Fabulous once again!
We loved staying at the Shadowbrook another year! A wonderful property with amazing grounds, pool, access to gondola, shopping, restaurants! The unit itself was gorgeous and well-equipped for our needs. Can’t wait to come back!
Our family had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room in the unit for the 7 of us. We appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit, and the elevator after long days of great skiing on the mountain.
Great location, close to snow mass village mall. We went for the jazz fest over Labor Day weekend. Great shuttle service to the town park. Private end unit with two deck/balconies. Pool was a hit with the kids. Had everything we needed and then some.
Wonderfully equipped condo in a great location. We were able to walk to the base village and the mall. There were plenty of towels for the bath and pool area. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Snowmass♥️
In short, staying at this property was a blast! Homey, comfy, roomy, convenient, well provisioned and well maintained all come to mind. The corner unite with lots of windows and high ceilings is really a bonus and allowed us to enjoy the snow even while indoors. Proximity to the slopes can't be beat and made it easy to come in for lunch or a quick break. We would definitely stay here again.
We'd also recommend Clark's grocery shopping and delivery option. It was so helpful to arrive after a long day of travel with groceries in the unit and perishables already in the fridge.
We would highly recommend staying here while in Aspen! We stayed for 4 nights and this place was perfect. There were 7 of us (grandparents and a family of 5 with young kids) and the bedrooms were a good size and having 3 bathrooms was really helpful. We even had friends staying with us 2 of the nights (9 people sleeping) and were able to have the 6 adults in beds and the kids were on the floor, which worked out perfect for us. The location is great, the Skittles gondola is right outside which is a free ride up and down part of the mountain. We loved that we could walk to the Mall and the Village without using our car, and there are some great restaurants nearby walking distance. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and we enjoyed using those a few times too. Overall we thought this place was wonderful and we hope to stay here again sometime!
We had such a great trip to Snowmass!! The condo was wonderful... It had everything that we needed, the location was spectacular, and it was even better than the pictures made it look! The ease of the ski in/ski out was amazing since we could all take breaks as we needed during the day!
Two of our sons are working out there this winter, so we decided to make our Christmas trip to Snowmass this year instead of Utah. We had the best time and the condo was perfect for us and our other four kids (16-25). We all fit easily and it was especially nice to be able to comfortably cook for all of us with some dining limitations due to COVID. The communication with the property staff was fast and easy, and they all were very helpful and welcoming! I wish we were still there...and we will definitely be back and hope to stay here again if it’s available!! Thank you, thank you for a wonderful trip!!

The condo was in perfect condition and completely as advertised. It was a first-rate stay from start to finish. It was a perfect space for two couples and a young child. We had wonderful access to all things Snowmass. We were able to walk to the free concert on the hill, shuttle to the rodeo, and enjoy mountain biking and hiking at Snowmass. It's an easy drive or bus to Aspen. I look forward to staying at this property again.

Fantastic unit, better than the pictures can show. Everything was perfect and suited our needs to a T. We have stayed in the building just up the hill and directly across from this one for over 25 years. This unit surpassed what we expected and we will be booking it again for next year. Thanks to Kim Allen for accommodating my wife & I with the reservation and deposit.
This was our first time staying in Snowmass and were pleasantly surprised. We visit & stay in Aspen 4 times per year & needed a bit more space for family. The unit was well supplied in the kitchen, loved the corner unit & 2 deck areas as well as the den area for sleeping & as a space for grandchildren to play. Very nice pool area with 2 hot tub areas. It was very quiet in general...perhaps fewer people due to Covid. Good communication with staff considering limited “office hours”. Very much looking forward to booking here again in the fall!
