The Viceroy staff was very attentive and helpful in unloading our car. The mandatory valet service is a blessing because the entrance circle is small and can be quite tight; glad we didn't need to handle navigating a busy parking garage. Car was ready within 15 minutes or so after calling from it. The kitchen sink has a view of the valet area so it was easy to see if the car was ready. The unit is gorgeous and beyond our expectations. The tall ceiling heights, heated bathroom floors, ample linens and indoor/outdoor windows were wonderful surprises.
