The apartment was super conveniently located. Snowmass Village shuttle was just outside the front door, stop for RFTA bus to Aspen was 3 minute walk. Staying here, there is definitely no need for car rental. Apartment was spacious, well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Manager was very responsive to few questions that came up during our stay. We were a short walk from a bus stop and walking distance from a grocery store and the lower mall of Snowmass Village (which has terrific restaurants). The rental was the perfect size for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were new and modern. We could tell the unit was recently renovated. It looked great. The balcony has a nice view too. To get to Assay hill ski lift, out the back of condo up a flight of stairs then over a short bridge, done. It has some nice views from front deck. Easily can jump on free shuttle right at the front of condo. Skippy, the property manager was very responsive, polite, and helpful! It's an old structure but it's been redecorated really cute, and it's very clean. It worked well for our family of four. The bathrooms are recently redone and very nice. The best thing about the condo is the location - it's super easy to walk over the bridge to the Assay Lift, and to ski back very close to the building. The condo doesn't come with designated parking but we had no problem getting a spot right out front. The manager Skippy was very responsive and easy to work with. ##### Brenda B. Good location. It is certainly ski in ski out, just need to cross a pedestrian lift and there is a lift behind the viceroy hotel. If you are going to ski school then it is at the base, another lift. The property is clean, and overall updated and maintained as described. Good heating system too which is very much needed during winter season. Property is on a 2nd floor (get ready for short flight of stairs with luggage). Property manager responds promptly. Easy check in and check out. I would stay again! ##### Enrique M. I recently spent 5 nights in this stylish condo in August. The design is modern with a fantastic layout and the views are breathtaking. The updated bathrooms are not only contemporary but also very practical. The kitchen comes fully equipped, making the dining space ideal for enjoying home-cooked dishes. Amenities include a new BBQ, as well as a washer and dryer. The condo was spotlessly clean, and the property manager was extremely attentive. Snowmass is within walking distance, and there's a convenient grocery store just 2 minutes away. They are also adding a new swimming pool and hot tub, expected to be ready by November, as mentioned by the owner. My daughter, friends, and I frequently visited Aspen for the world famous classical music festival. Our days were filled with hiking, biking, and sheer enjoyment. The lift service mountain biking at snowmass doesn’t get better, and is the only lift service biking in the Aspen area. If you're in search of a comfortable, functional, and affordable stay, look no further than this condo. Just some things to note: there are many stairs to get into the room, so elderly or people with ambulation problems might find this difficult. Also, there is no air conditioning and no screens on the windows or doors. Skippy and his team were very helpful when needed. The location was PERFECT. The area was quiet and we hardly saw any neighbors. The ones we did encounter were very nice and helpful. We had a slight issue with the fireplace and the timer getting stuck behind the TV which caused it to run for hours.
