Royal Whitby
The staff on check-in were very helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient. Our room 204 was large and very comfortable and warm with a fabulous view over the beach and Abbey. Britannia Grand Hotel Scarborough
Not very helpful on front desk. Was 10 minutes early and wanted £10 before they would give us our home. I stood and waited with a dog a 5 year child for 10 minutes,,, shocking service
