From the third floor of this beautiful home, you will be surrounded by amazing views and a welcoming experience and at home feel in a nicely updated and decorated space. There are amenities and small touches throughout to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The large family room has breathtaking views and incredible natural light with plenty of seating for watching movies on the large screen TV and making family memories. The kitchen is fully stocked and large enough to make full meals or quick beach snacks. There is a large table for family meals or puzzles and game time for the inside days. For more time outside, you can relax with a cup or coffee and watch the sunrise or a cocktail and watch the sunset on one of the 6 balconies with seating. There is also a great tiki bar with hot tub and large outdoor shower. Ready for some down time? There are 5 smart TV’s as well as many games, puzzles and books for some awesome family time and competition! When the day is done, you can head off to the four comfortable bedrooms.

Wonderful Stay - Absolutely WILL Stay Again!

Visited to spend time with my son who is a Marine at MCAS New River. The three of us loved the time at the house. Spectacular views.. plenty of space and wonderful communication with host. Jim was very responsive! Couldn’t be happier!

Great pet friendly beach condo

Clean and welcoming home stocked with every essential needed for our stay! Fully equipped kitchen, including paper/plastic supplies and soaps. Plenty of clean linens and beach and bath towels. Efficient washer and dryer were a lovely perk! Easy and convenient Beach access. A lovely touch included a complimentary bag of saltwater taffy! Thanks for a great stay!

Family weekend

Amazing property with the most spectacular views of the ocean and coastal salt marsh which combined for a beautiful experience. All of the balcony’s provided great views and were charming with decor and comfy seating. Plenty of parking available in the driveway. Home was impeccably clean with beautiful furniture and decor. Our daughter wanted to enjoy home cooked meals during our stay and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook our favorite meals and bake. Excellent kitchen appliances too! Breakfast bar was perfect for entertaining and the large dinning room table was perfect for family dinners and big breakfast! Bathrooms were again spotless just like the rest of the home with clean towels and provided toiletries. The hand soaps were very pleasant throughout the entire home. Super comfortable beds in each bedroom with a great amount of closet space and the dressers so we could fit all of our clothing. The elevator was great and convenient bring up the groceries and provisions. Hot tub was perfect along with the tiki bar! The private beach access was perfect for us which lead to our favorite North Carolina beach sand! Lots of beach chairs and clean beach towels we’re perfect for our beach day’s. We will be sure to return to this beautiful spot! Thank you so very much!

A Serene Retreat with Room for Improvement

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for a week with my family, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The property boasted an enviable location, providing a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility to the beach. Despite its many charms, however, there were a few issues that impacted the overall stay. The property's location was undoubtedly its strongest selling point. Nestled just a stone's throw away from the beach, it offered breathtaking views and easy access to the shoreline. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While the property was generally clean, there were noticeable lapses in thorough cleaning. Some areas seemed to have been overlooked, which was a disappointment. A more meticulous cleaning routine would have undoubtedly enhanced the overall experience. The property exhibited signs of wear and tear that couldn't be ignored. The most significant issue was a leaking shower, which, though promptly attended to by the property manager, was an inconvenience. Addressing this and other maintenance concerns would significantly improve the property's overall appeal and functionality.
