Girls getaway
I have stayed here many times and it just keeps getting better and better with each visit. I love that they have added more Beach to that end of the island and the remodel of the condo is fantastic. I have always loved staying here myself but have recently enjoyed being able to introduce it to my friends. They all love it as well. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise

Beautiful Beach Location/ Loud AC
Nice small condo with some recent remodeling. Great location and wonderful beach! The AC units are old window units that are EXTREMELY loud and smell musty. Had to turn off the one in living room to talk and hear TV. The bedroom unit is right next to the bed and so loud we had to wear ear plugs at night. Still heard the AC. For this reason, I would not stay here again. Be advised there is no elevator. The unit is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to carry luggage. Bring your own chairs for use on the beach (Food Lion was the cheapest if you are buying locally). Tiki bar down the street is a great local hangout.

no dishwasher - who wants to do dishes on holiday? no garbage disposal - ewww The property is literally falling into the ocean. good parking. quiet area. secluded beach. very, very small condo for the price, i could have had a bigger place; not worth the price. too cramped.

The description list that this unit isn't equipped with a dishwasher nor a garbage disposal,.. Yet, you booked with us anyway and we thank you.. The description also gives the square footage of Villa318 as well which surprises me that you would even mention the that it was a "very, very small condo for the price"... Yet again, we thank you for booking with us... As for the condo literally falling into the ocean... Well, that's just inaccurate and down right reckless of you to say.... Excellent location to get away
This condo was just right for two people. It is located near the north end of the island, with sparsely populated beaches and beautiful views. Check-In/Check-Out was so easy (contactless) that it was if it were our place. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The sound of the ocean is relaxing. Pernell is a great host and is very responsive. I will stay here again!

Fall getaway
Overall we were very pleased with this mini getaway. We were a little surprised at how close the water came to the buildings. But after the initial surprise, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the crashing of the waves. We hope to stay here again.

Pictures of property online are accurate. Clean and cozy. Definitely ocean front since Ian came through. Thought we would lose a day because we couldn't get there because of Ian. Host gave us an extra day added on the end so that we still got the full week. We really appreciated that. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful, Serene, Getaway
We absolutely LOVED our stay here for a small “ baby moon” before our first child comes. The condo was as advertised but they forgot one thing, how the water is right below you so every morning you wake up and look out of the sliding doors and it looks like your ON the water. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. Check in process was a breeze and the owner was very responsive to me via message when I asked some questions about amenities. BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! Looking for a relaxing stay on the water without all the hustle and bustle, THIS IS IT!

Very nice property with great view of the beach. Very clean and updated. Kitchen had all the necessary items for eating in. Plenty of towels. Pull out bed in living room needs to be replaced but overall, it was a great place to stay for a long weekend.

We had a great time. The property is right on the beach and have amenities that we need. The view of the water is breathtaking and the wave is just perfect for my son. We are out on the beach entire day and walk on the beach at night. Perfect for a family get away.

Incredible Getaway
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. This place was incredible with literal oceanfront property! The view was gorgeous! The condo was clean and offered all the amenities that you could need. We stayed for a week. Easy access to shopping and restaurants! It was quiet and romantic! This place definitely deserves 5 stars!

We spend most of our time on the beautiful balcony overlooking the water or in the warm water! Sadly, with rising ocean levels and erosion, high tide comes right up and floods past the bottom of the stairs leading down to the beach. Sand bags are in place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A much needed getaway
The condo was perfect for my family and I. My kids had a blast with the ocean literally so close. High tide you don’t have much beachfront but a short walk around the corner and there’s plenty of room in the sand. The condo was clean and had most of the utensils and pots/pans that you would need. It was beautiful!! We had some communication with the owner and she was very quick to respond! Overall very happy with our stay!!

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner in living room was so loud we couldn't hear the TV. Beach front is an understatement! When tide came in there was no beach Beautiful view of the ocean and quiet location.

Weekend Beach Trip!
Accommodations were great! Kitchen was stocked with all the basics and a few extras. View from balcony was wonderful. My only comment or recommendation would be to have better seating on balcony. What is there is not very comfortable. Most balconies had bar height patio or Adirondack chairs so ocean views can be enjoyed for long periods of time. Other than that- perfect! Beaches are beautiful and the Tiki Bar across the street was fun!

Calm and serene
This was my first experience at Topsail Beach. Property was easy to find, perfect view, and located in a family friendly area. Only complaint would be the amount of stairs to get to the apt. ( my mom has leg issues) but overall I had a wonderful stay. This is definitely a great get away to relax and reset, especially during the fall. Would definitely recommend!

Great view. Great location. That was it. There is ZERO closet space. ZERO. There was no hand soap or toilet paper. The pillows were horrific. The cable constanty went in and out. All the TV remote batteries were dead. To top it all off, during a couple of moderate rain showers, water flooded under the balcony door and covered the floor. Rain water not sea water. We left a day early out of sheer disgust.

Very small/no room/trashy neighbors
This condo has a few things to mention. Number 1, it' at the top floor, like 6 flights of stairs, and NO ELEVATOR. There is no dishwasher, only a set of 4 dishes, no condiments or spices of any sort, so you can barely prep/cook anything unless you bring it ALL yourself (and don't forget to haul it upstairs yourself). Now, we come to the space...or shall I say lack thereof. It is so tiny that a small child might feel claustrophobic. There is absolutely NO SPACE or room to put your luggage -- closets are either locked or full of "stuff". Also the lock handle for the closet in the bathroom is so large and it sticks out so much that on my first night of using the bathroom I caught my hip on that handle coming out of there and literally had the most horrible bruise the entire trip -- forget about hot bikini pics when you have one of those! The tide comes up to the stairs all right, and actually even past them -- so DON'T put your sandals on the sand, rather leave them on the actual deck or they WILL float away. Oh, and let's not forget noisy neighbors! Our last night there was hell -- at about midnight there was a domestic fight right next door. The walls were so thin we could hear every bit of profanity they were slinging, and someone even tried to break into our condo while that was going on in which my husband actually had to reach for his weapon and rack it. Thankfully after hearing that noise they stopped trying to get in through the door, but I was petrified we were going to have a police situation on our hands on our VACATION! I mean, all of this was wrong, wrong, WRONG!

I've been the top sail before I know it is a very calm beach with not much around and a small town vibe which I love. This is really far north and during high tide their is no beach to enjoy the water is up to the dunes. Then the sand stays wet most of the day. The condo it's self was as described. Just big enough for 2-3 people I would never bring more than that here.

Fantastic Location
The location of these condos is in a quiet area at the end of the island. There where hardly any people on the beach, and we actually enjoyed the fact that the water came so close to the building, as it gave us a more private experience. The condo itself was really nice with a fantastic view, you can't beat oceanfront on the third floor! The reason I docked one star was because at the rate I paid, I did expect a little more when it came to some of the amenities. For a fully equpit kitchen, there was nothing but salt and pepper and cooking spray. On top of that, on the pan drawer on the oven, A piece of the front plate was bent out and cut my toe a bit. The bed was pretty rough, not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement. Id reccomend bringing your own pillows. For the rate at which we stayed, I would have expected a property like this to have a few beach items that we could use, like chairs or an umbrella. Every place I've ever been to has something you can use, so if you're planning a trip make sure to bring your own everything. The deadbolt on the door is almost impossible to lock and unlock. We almost locked ourselves out simply because of how impossible it was to turn the deadbolt. Regardless of all of that, it still was a fantastic vacation and we will be coming back here soon. I'd absolutely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a wonderful getaway.
