"The room was very spacious and the staff were very kind! They had a game room, pool and hot tub, so good for families. The breakfast area was nice (and clean). Our room’s kitchen was also nice. Our issue with the stay was overall cleanliness, and the fact our reserved room did not have the pull-out couch as advertised. The pool area was below the property in a basement and the water in the lazy river was warm. There was no ceiling (like on the pics) and there were cigarettes, zen packs, socks and trash all over the hot tub area and in the plants. The bathroom at the pool had broken tiles laying around with holes in the wall. I wondered if it was just due to not being cleaned during that time, it was there during the duration of our 2 night stay. Our reservation included 6 guests, but we were only given 3 towels. When I asked the desk for more, they let us know they were out. Luckily there was a coin laundry room, but we WERE able to get 6 towels for the second night, so they must’ve had a lot of guests coming in. The couch in the room was covered with crumbs at arriv and the stuffing in the chair was showing. There were pieces of fake eyelashes on the floor and when we tried to wipe the floors, the towels were very dirty. The front desk staff and maintenance staff were all very nice, it was not their fault! I had an issue with the tv, which someone promptly came to fix. This hotel seems to just be older and need major updates. The tub faucet also would not turn fully off."

"The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to several different places. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. The breakfast provided a lot of options. "

"I wanted to love this place. Amazing view of great smokies from my 5th floor window! Nice pool with slide, great staff, great location. The walls and doors are paper thin though. Infant crying next door all day and night almost. People yelling in hallways late at night and no staff coming to try to stop it. "

"Didn’t know there was construction going Tim at the property prior to booking. Over crowed spaces due to this. Also the commode in our room had someone’s long pubic hair on the back of the toilet seat when the lid closed "

"the hotel was nice!! our kids had a ball. There were 11 of us and didn't run out of stuff to do. The pizza is sub par so we decided to just go out to eat. We saw several employees sneaking out behind the building at the outdoor pool smoking but not sure if it's allowed. The pull out couch mattress is horrible. The toilets in the rooms we stayed in are very low to the ground and the mattresses are high. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable. The staff talked very fast when we checked in and was unable to understand clear instructions."

"My kids and I loved our stay. The staff was friendly, the pools were clean, the rooms were spacious and clean! We had such a great time and will be visiting again next time we are in town. "

"Hospitality was terrible from the evening desk...although when asked for a pillow and blanket we were allowed one. Building was unsecure to random passerby; elevator to all floors of the inn is free to be used by anyone. Breakfast was not worth waking up for; normal for a free hotel breakfast. Complimentary items were cheap...the tissues are similar to sandpaper. Parking was interesting but not difficult. Definitely NOT the worst place I've stayed but will never stay here again."
