Would have been nice to stay longer
We only stayed one night, but would have been great to relax in this cabin for the whole weekend. Beautiful spot a short walk to the river. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Becky is a great host!

It is a beautiful little home it has everything u need we only took our clothes i went fishing but it was to wet it had rain we had a delicious cook out we had alotta fun we loved it its nice and cozy real secluded no one bothers u looking forward to going back again soon thank y'all

Beautiful house! Very quiet, which was a plus for us. We got to relax, fish and walk around the river. We got to see deer, bunnies. I would definitely would like to go back!

We had an absolute blast staying here. The house provided everything we needed and more. Even having toys for the dogs. We were able to unplug from the hustle and bustle of living in the city. Would definitely recommend others stay, and we will definitely be staying again.

Weekend stay for craft show in Bastrop
Very nice and quiet place to stay. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Our only discomfort was the bed, it was pretty worn and sagging in the middle. Other than that it was perfect!

Quick getaway
The property was exactly what we wanted. Small, clean, efficient and quiet. Close enough to Roundtop so my wife could roam for antiques for the house we are currently building and far enough to be out of the way of noise and light. I live in the country, so like to stay in the country when possible. It has a nice deck to sit on in the evenings and a covered awning for parking if weather goes bad. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Great Hideaway
The house was very comfortable and cozy with everything needed for your stay. Perfect place for a couple’s retreat. Quiet and pretty property close to the Colorado river. The host Becky was very responsive and accommodating. Very nice place to slow down the pace of life for a while.

We went away from our home to avoid the July 4th fireworks & mayhem and came to this little place and were not disappointed. There are large trees and its very quiet. Enjoyed it and it was very relaxing as there was no internet and very poor cell service.

The place was great, your instructions were clear, and we'd like to explore the river in the future. Regretfully, we only planned a night and were in town for a wedding so we didn't have time to explore. We'd highly recommend folks add at least one more night even if doing the same as us! We especially appreciated the personalized service!

Overall everything was good. The water did have a very strong smell to it when I turned on the hot water but did not last long. Cabin was very clean and great neighborhood and property

Our goal is to make sure everything is clean with maintaining high standards. The property is on a water well NOT city water. At times, the water may smell like sulfur but it doesn’t last long.
