"The room could have done with a bit more attention to detail o ly one bed was made we had to come home from a wedding and make a bed at the cost we paid I would have expected the beds to be made up,also went hang my clothes and cobwebs inside wardrobe and we would not have sat on the lounge as it was pretty stained.apart from that it was a lovely area the staff at front desk were very nice it was a good little unit but could definately be improved.Id suggest removable covers on lounge so it can be cleaned up.bedding was fresh and clean but I'd want heavier doona for weather down there as I was freezing and didn't sleep"

"South facing so a bit dark and limited view of beach, though very close to beach so good location otherwise.Very complicated TV set up and kitchen oven with limited advice/instructions. Rather poor design with no toilet in en suite and second toilet downstairs. But - very close to beach! "

"This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card. Today we find the original card has been charged and for the full amount, even though a one third deposit was paid. I found the staff member on the desk to be quite flippant when dealing with him and didn’t seem to care much. If the credit card machine isn’t online for 15 minutes then turn it on 15 min before you open up at 9am. "

"We saw the photos of this accommodation online and booked it for 2 families to stay in for the long weekend as we liked the 'log house' style in the photos for a bush stay with the kids. Upon arrival, we noticed the front door does not lock properly with the key provided, it can simply be pushed open and doesn't lock, so the house is not secure. Entering the house, it felt very dirty, the floors & walls had cobwebs, leaves, and dead bugs all over the windowsills. The couch had food smears. When we went upstairs to check out our bedrooms, there were mice droppings all over the beds, bedside tables, and carpets. There were mice droppings also all over the bathroom floors, and bathroom bench. The cleaner had left a bottle of bleach on the bathroom bench, and dirty black cloths & sponges in the kitchen. The kitchen bins were full of black mould in the bottom and the dishwasher stunk. We decided we could not stay in the accommodation due to the filth and very obvious mice infestation. We requested a refund from the owner and he simply advised the property was cleaned 2 days ago and tough luck. If this amount of mice droppings was able to accumulate in just 2 days, it means there is a huge mice issue inside. There was no apology from the owner and he is refusing a full refund, even though we didn't even stay here!! We are now out of pocket thousands of dollars to find last minute alternate accommodation on a long weekend. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT'S INFESTED WITH MICE!!"
