Set just 300 metres from the famous surf beach at Smiths Beach, this spacious family home is perfectly positioned for a relaxed Phillip Island getaway. Spread across two levels, the home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living spaces, making it well suited to families or groups travelling together. Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining area captures beautiful views across Smiths Beach, with large doors opening onto a wraparound Merbau deck — the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon drink or watch the sunset over the water.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone benchtops, a Nespresso coffee machine and breakfast seating for four, while the large dining table comfortably seats eight. A second living and entertaining space downstairs provides extra room to spread out, with a Smart TV for relaxed evenings. The fully enclosed gardens, BBQ and outdoor dining area make the home equally enjoyable outside, while heating and cooling throughout ensures a comfortable stay year-round. There is also a fully equipped laundry and off-street parking for two cars.

Smiths Beach is one of Phillip Island’s most popular seaside spots, known for its beautiful surf beach, coastal walks and relaxed village atmosphere. The local café is an easy stroll from the home, while the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is around 2.5 kilometres away. With the beach, cafés and island attractions close by, Smiths Beach makes an ideal base for exploring Phillip Island, from the famous Penguin Parade and wildlife experiences to the island’s beaches, coastal scenery and local dining.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
