Was a horrible night! The toilet was not working-when we told the front they handed us a plunger-seriously! Then their were people yelling and partying until 2am outside of rooms until another guest told them to shut up—where was the management??

First night air was not working, extremely hot. Was given a different room for 2nd night (much better). However saw a roach. Overall it was okay and I would definitely book it again

There was a spider in the room and I got bit. That made me very unhappy. At breakfast, at 8:40 am, they had run out of most things. The service at the front desk and at breakfast was fantastic though.

It's a great stay for the price
First off, it's not high end. But if you need a night while traveling, it will be hard to do better. The night staff is great. Patient. Friendly. Kind. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfy. TV works. Wifi is strong. I've stayed at a few other Baymonts, and this is the best buy far.

Wonderful stay. The front desk associate at check-in was outstanding, treated us like we were checking into the Ritz. The room was extremely clean. This is safe area of hotels and shopping/dining. We didn’t have breakfast but noticed the area was very clean and offered the standard breakfast basics: waffle maker, breads and muffins, cereals, and fruit. My expectations for budget motels are usually low, but this was a truly fantastic stay.

Pictures lie !!!!
The staff very nice the room just ok .The pictures do not represent the room at all. The pictures are so much better than the rooms the breakfast not very good but I guess where the price is OK to stay

It was nice and clean, staff was very nice. But there are couple notes. 1. The one of the beds was producing horrible sound when my husband just moved, so it made us to wake up each time. 2. There were no blankets. It was pretty cold with conditioner working and hot when you make conditioner a bit up. If those are fixed it would be great

Property was fine. Clean, reasonably updated, convenient to I-95 and the Smithfield Outlets area. Right next store to a Texas Steak House and a Buffalo Wild Wings, as well as other dining and shopping choices. This was an overnight stay on my was down the east coast from CT to FL. The only negative I have to report is that the internet Wifi speed was exceedingly slow. Other than that, the place was fine.

Clean, dog friendly.
We stayed just one night but it was a great stay. Very dog friendly. The staff that day and the next morning were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would stay again.

The key to this motel is that it was "cheap". The rooms are old and not in the best shape. The bathroom was adequate, but the sink constantly leaked.
