"We had a great stay, everyone was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the family had a blast hanging out by the pool while the kids played."

"Unique ipad self checkin with you creating your own room key. Rooms are tiny but bed was comfy and room was clean. I opted for add on breakfast and portion and presentation were worth the extra 12 dollars. Keep in mind there is no fridge in room. Air-conditioning works really well. Hall and room carpets are getting close to due time for replacement. Down stairs waiting area and Bistro were very stunning. Morning front clerk, she was super friendly and helpful. Evening clerk had a very dry and tone as if you were bothering her. Bistro gentlemen was polite but not friendly at all. Offsite parking is available, vallet for 50 a night is an option which does comes out of the 50 incidental hold if used. Overall I would recommend the property for a short down town experience."

"Always an amazing experience at the Hilton University of Houston hotel! It has always been my choice of hotel to stay at when I go to visit my daughter at the University of Houston. The associates are very friendly and always go above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable! The hotel is immaculate! The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable! Breakfast isn’t included, but Eric’s restaurant on site serves delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s also a nice gym on the 3rd floor with up to date equipments. Overall, my family and I love this hotel! It can be expensive on some nights though!"

"No bar soap, pillows were uncomfortable. Hotel desk staffed only for limited hours, so check in outside of those hours is a challenge, requiring customer to scan a copy of driver's license to receive a code. Fair price for the room."

"AnimalsHave taken up quarters in the walls and roof, which was very unnerving and disturbing. The toilet downstairs ran all weekend, the wiring to the hot tub is not safe, also the ac unit dripped water on the hot tub the entire weekend. All the wiring shorted out several times, I'm assuming from the animals chewing it and the dishswasher is broken, full of mold and stinks very badly. This is not a safe place to rent until they get the pests under control and wiring redone."
