"To begin with, the room I was assigned to was not made up — it was filthy, in fact - with bedsheets on the ground and food on the tables. Strangely, this is the second Wyndham resort I’ve been to in two days (in two different states) where this had happened! The staff were apologetic and immediately gave me a different room. While this one was properly made up, it was not clean. Garbage in the shower, a dirty pillow and the floors squeaked. Oh and the Wifi barely worked the entire time. But the kicker was when I went to get the “free breakfast” that was included. I was told by the staff that they were looking at a new breakfast program and didn’t have anything currently. Then why advertise it on Expedia?? One of the reasons I chose this location was because of the free breakfast and I would like to be compensated for this. Finally, I returned to my room after finding out there was no breakfast only to have my room key not working. The management of this property needs to make some serious changes. I’ll never come back here again. "

"It was an average stay. The room could’ve been cleaner. There was hair in the tub when I arrived. Had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi. I received a call from staff to my room about a noise complaint that was coming from the room next to me. The staff was a bit rude about it. Other than that it’s a cool place to take the kids for the pool alone. I give it an 3 out of 5 stars. (P.S they have a longer hold on your credit card than most hotels. Mine’s was for $100."

"We were not made aware that hotel is under major renovation! No amenities- coffee maker,etc. Room smelled horible of what we assumed was construction fumes(?). We would have gone elsewhere but arrived tired about 9pm. "

"We liked that it was an old restored home. It was in a good location to restaurants and the park. The upstairs half bath addition was very nice. All in all it was fairly clean but the grass needed mowed and the landscaping was a bit neglected. “Something” helped itself to the hot cocoa packet. There were still dishes in the dishwasher. And we had to search for the extra toilet paper. It wasn’t awful but could use some TLC for sure. "

"Was a nice size hotel but it needs some attention.I Called a week before and asked if the Hot tub was working ?It was !When we got there it was not .Just disappointed that if something is not working that there isn’t a sign or something to tell you things aren’t working .They did have it working the next day but it was warm not hot .That area definitely needs some TLC for sure .The room was fine ."
