There is fast WIFI and smart TVs in every room for guest to enjoy an array of apps including Netflix. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station with fast transport links to Lincoln, Grantham, Peterborough and London. A number of highly rated restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance. The space You first enter the apartment in to the hallway with the bright, open plan living room and Kitchen on your right and two bedrooms down the hallway to the left, one boasting a comfortable queen size bed and the other with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath with showerhead over and guests can enjoy complimentary toiletries. There is a seating area at the front of the apartment with a secure garden. Guest access Guests have access to the full apartment. Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. All appliances were in working order. Within walking distance to all the amenities. Netflix. Good communications with the agents. A few broken slats on the bed and a blocked kitchen drain, but the drain was sorted after a few days and we managed to sort out the slats.
