"Honestly, we couldn’t find anything negative to comment on. From Checking In to Checking Out - The Staff, The Room, Breakfast, and Location were all excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this hotel. We stayed here 6 nights and had a lovely city break."

"I usually don’t right reviews, but I am extremely pleased with this hotel if you go to Prag definitely consider this hotel. Extremely clean well located delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a very pleasant day."

Excellent hotel, would stay again

"We stayed for 3 nights with our elderly aunt and uncle. We all thought the staff and property were excellent and would stay again. My request for an accessible room for them was honoured and this made their stay much safer and more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent quality. It was smaller than the other hotel we stayed in Prague and this made it more comfortable and convenient. The staff were professional and polite. Would definitely stay again on a future visit. The only negatives for us were the lifts were small and slow and it’s on a narrow road which made getting in and out of taxis difficult for our elderly aunt and uncle."

A comfortable stay

"We stayed 2 nights along with our elderly aunt and uncle. It is a good hotel and we felt it was clean and comfortable, so would stay again. Unfortunately our relations didn’t get an accessible room even though we requested it. This made it more difficult for them but they still enjoyed the stay. The breakfast buffet was extensive and food good, but as the different food stations are spread out and duplicated in the very large dining room on the first morning it was a bit overwhelming. We didn’t try the bar or restaurant so can’t say anything about them. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. A minor quibble was that the concierge desk was never occupied when we came through the lobby so I’m not convinced they actually have one."

"You can’t ask for anything more! Ultra convenient location to all the action. Excellent food. Instant and high pressure hot water. Lots to do all around the hotel and all major sites are maximum 12 minute walk. Great air conditioning in our unit, comfortable beds, interesting antique furniture, overall excellent! Staff was helpful, would recommend and would stay again. Had the venison and wild boar at the hotel restaurant “the Deer” and they were delicious. "
