The rooms were hot and so was the fridges but by the second day fridge in one room had frozen over. Bathtubs didn’t have plugs, and the toilet in my mom’s room wobbled. When I asked housekeeping if I could just give them my trash they made a face and didn’t answer me so I made sure to put it in their big bag myself. Only one ice machine was working for the entire building. Had to go all the down to the first floor for ice everytime
