"Our stay was quite enjoyable in the Captain's Quarters! Bed was comfortable, room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, amenities were all provided and then some. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one who is needing a place to stay in the area. Quite convenient to AC and LBI which are the 2 places we were visiting."

"First the not preferable : Be careful when booking. The second floor rooms (3 rooms) share one small bathroom and there’s no extra first floor bathroom. The first floor bathrooms probably have a private bath. We went through Expedia. Maybe book direct so you can ask questions. Our room came with 2 standard sized towels. When asked, they left a couple more. I’d also prefer my own hand towel instead of sharing with the entire second floor. Closets could use more hanging space. Plenty of shelves. Next the good stuff: great directions and instructions. Bed is comfortable. Room is large. They have earplugs so you don’t hear the road or creaky stairs. They have good coffee and creamers. Small frig in the room. You can use a fully stocked kitchen. We stopped at a local orchard and used the knife to cut up our morning fruit. Walkable restaurant Mi Publitia (?) had a nice breakfast for reasonable prices. It’s very close to the wedding venue The Farm on Main. About 15 minutes to LBI. Good location. Reasonably priced. Dawn responds immediately."

"The host Vincent was very kind and responsive. We had no issues whatsoever and honestly, the pictures in the listing do not do this property justice! It’s even more lovely in person. The two first floor bedrooms with a full bath plus washer and dryer and the two second floor bedrooms with a full bath were the perfect set up for our whole family. Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles and kids. The screened in porch with the game room entertained all ages, especially the arcade style Pac-Man/Gallaga game and foosball table!! Thank you for such an incredible family vacation. We recommend the Hibachi Restaurant across rt 72, the Brick Oven pizzeria in the plaza leading into the community and Fasaro’s Pizza of Manahawkin. There was also a great ice cream parlor within 2 miles and all the stores needed for groceries and last minute items. We did not use the beach chairs or umbrella provided, but it was nice to have them available. There’s also and outdoor shower and a fire pit, which was totally relaxing! Thank you SO much for the great experience!!!!!"
