Perched on a lush mountain above Skopelos Town , this unique two-bedroom villa combines island charm with modern comfort. Located only 3 km from the nearest beach, it offers spectacular 180-degree views of the Aegean Sea and the green Palouki mountain range all the way to Stafilos beach and the sea between Skopelos and Evia island.
The walk to Skopelos Town is just 1,5 km (there is a shortcut) and by car it will take you 5-8 min. to the port.The first beach, Glifoneri with a traditional Tavern, is 3 km away.
The villa accommodates up to five guests, featuring two bedrooms (one double and 2 single that can be put up as a double), two bathrooms, and a additional guest toilet at living room level and easy axcess to the pool. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and one includes a cozy fireplace. An extra guest can sleep comfortably on a foilding bed in the living room, wich also has a beautiful stone fireplace. In the living room you will also find a beautiful old office desk with laptop and printer. The 43 intch flat smart TV offers Netflix, Prime and Disney Channel.There is high speed wifi/internet. The two large french balcony doors lead directly to the pool.
Enjoy the outdoors around the large 8,5 by 5 m private pool,surrounded by four sun loungers and an outdoor dinning area. Under the large chestnut wooden pergola you will find two sofas and an armchair. There is also a natural stone built-in BBQ, perfect for summer dinners under the stars. Next to it another dinning area and two more sunloungers. A majestic pine tree and a row off impresive cypress trees give shade during day time.
The fully equipped main kitchen next to the living room and pool area aswell as an auxililiary kitchenette upstairs make cooking convinient.
Guests also have private parking, two scenic balconies, and plenty of space to relax in total privacy. The property is last on a private road protecting it from traffic and street noise.
