Welcome to Skiathos Luxury Residence Blu, a charming and inviting one-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The living area and kitchen are seamlessly integrated, creating a warm and welcoming space for you to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a frappe mixer, and an electric kettle, ensuring you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The living room is tastefully decorated in a modern style, featuring a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a 43-inch television, and high-speed internet. Large windows lead to a veranda furnished with a table and two chairs, offering delightful views of the quaint streets of the island. The bedroom is bright and decorated with vibrant colors that provide a sense of peace and tranquility for our guests. It features a comfortable king-size bed, a large mirror, and ample storage space. The apartment includes a stylishly designed bathroom with a modern shower. This cozy and charming apartment is conveniently located close to various attractions and amenities. You will find everything you need within a short walking distance: 34 meters from Paraxenos Restaurant, 54 meters from Vasilikos Restaurant, 140 meters from a supermarket, 140 meters from the Home of Alexandros Papadiamantis, and 400 meters from the Museum of Naval and Cultural. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
