### Villa Afroditi

Detached, beautiful, brand-new built villa to very high standards, equipped with all the guests might need for relaxing vacation. There is a charming big garden with a lot of trees and flowers. The villa nest in olive trees groove. The private swimming pool is only few meters next to the outside area of the villa.   
It is situated in Skiathos Town. Villa Afroditi features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.3 km from Xanemos Beach. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.3 km from Megas Gialos Beach.  
The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. A flat-screen TV is available. The views towards the mountains in Skiathos, the sea and the island of Skopelos are fantastic. Still, the main center of the island is just few minutes by car.  
Petar (the owner of the villa, lives in villa Penelopi, which is next to villa Afroditi and he is available all the time if necessary
