"We arrived at the hotel after about 20 hours of travel, only to find out they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. The manager arranged for us to stay at another hotel and comped the room. She also offered transportation. I must say the manager turned a bad situatuon into something positive. It’s how they reacted to the situation that gives the service *****!"

"Property is the best! Close to Fairbanks and yet far enough to be considered rural. The house is perfect for those going to the various parks along Chena Hot Springs road. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is stocked with enough supplies so you’ll feel like you’re staying at a five star hotel. I would 100 percent stay here again."

"The place was fine, the staff was excellent. But the only reason I made the reservation was a belated Mother’s Day for my Mom and she wanted a pool and hot tub. So when it wasn’t working when we wanted to use it, we were very disappointed . I know these things can’t be helped usually but it would’ve been nice to have been offered a discount or refund d so we could’ve gone somewhere else. The price of this hotel was substantially more than many others I could’ve booked. But the staff was excellent, some of the best I’ve ever experienced."
