The property was clean, but definitely has seen better days. It was nice to have Laundry facilities on site. Our room faced the back of the property and was definitely affected by road noise, dumpster lids slamming shut and neighborhood dogs barking.

Very clean room friendly staff!
was definitely a great stay for our week long vacation in Juneau it’s close enough to all the things that you want to go and do yet far enough away from a lot of excess noise even though it’s right next to an airport the sound of that wasn’t bad at all.

The staff was quite friendly. On a down side, there was no mention at the time of booking that the hotel was undergoing a major renovation. One of the reasons that we selected this hotel was the onsite restaurant. This was closed. The construction noise above our room was as horrible as it possibly could be. However, the hotel was happy to relocate us to a different room.
The hotel is making huge mistakes trying to create a "crisp, modern" atmosphere. There is no carpet anywhere. That makes for awful noise throughout the building. Worse than that, can we remember that we are in Alaska?? Wet feet led to falling the first step into the building and again when entering our room. It was like walking on ice.
The bed was so soft one slid off the edge when trying to sit on the matress to put shoes on.
To wrap up the issues with the renovation, sure, it looked nice, but the positives end there. We would not recommend.
