Open terrace offering a lovely view of the estate with a beach umbrella, garden table and chairs - Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer + small refrigerator - washing machine - dishwasher - oven - microwave - 3-burner ceramic hob - extractor hood - vacuum cleaner - capsule coffee maker) - Main room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), television, and tower fan - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) - 1 second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) - Bathroom with bathtub and electric towel dryer - Separate toilet.

Linens and towels not provided - Mandatory cleaning fee of €55 - Security deposit: €500 - Pets allowed (€20 supplement).

Paid swimming pool: Adults and teenagers (13 to 17 years old): €5.20/day - Children (6 to 12 years old): €3.20/day (Pool open from June 1st to September 15th) - Paid tennis court: €6.50/hour.
