The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this 43 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Six-Fours-les-Plages, less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach, in a secure residence with swimming pool (accessible at extra cost) and janitor, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 30 m² living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).  
  
The apartment is composed as follows  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Enclosed west-facing loggia with dining area and sofa.  
\- Bedroom: double bed (140×190)  
\- Shower room and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A swimming pool (shared and heated) open from June 15 to September 15, with lifeguard.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

\- Nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away  
\- Scuba diving, kayaking, paddle, jet-ski, towed buoys: Plage de la Coudoulière (5 min by car - 2.1 km), Plage des Charmettes (8 min by car - 3.8 km by car)
