Loggia enclosed by removable bay windows (10 m²) offering a sea and pool view, with a garden table and chairs, a parasol, and an armchair. Equipped kitchen area (4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave/grill, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, teapot, toaster, and vacuum cleaner). Main room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), television, and dining area. Bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) that can be converted into a double bed (180 cm) and a tower fan. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Separate toilet.

Linens and towels not provided. Mandatory cleaning fee: €37. Security deposit: €400.

Free swimming pool at the residence (open from mid-April to mid-October) - Access to the Domaine's paid swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 15th): Adults and teenagers aged 13 to 17: €5.20/day - Children aged 6 to 12: €3.20/day - Tennis court: €6.50/hour.

Former secure Pierre & Vacances residence - Direct access to the sea - Wooded 35-hectare pine forest by the sea with walking trails around two large lakes, a fitness trail, a children's playground, boules courts, mini-golf, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.

During the winter season (November to March), electricity billing is payable as an additional fee (€0.22/kWh, based on the meter readings at arrival and departure).
