Ocean View Duplex Apartment Furnished

  • 2-level Duplex with nice ocean view on elevated outlook from the upper balcony; lower balcony has tree view only. This is a non-smoking premises. It’s a quiet neighborhood, parking under overhang for 1 car, wood burning stove in living room, radiant heaters in all areas/rooms. It is a quiet and peaceful place. We have six stairs leading up to the main entrance door, inside we have 14 steps down to the lower level to the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.
