Enjoy a spacious yard, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and included beach gear. Perfect for families or groups. Please note: we’re located directly behind Husby’s, which hosts live music nightly in summer. Light sleepers may prefer a quieter spot outside of town. The Space: Main Floor Step inside to a cozy living room with luxury vinyl floors, stylish decor, an 88” leather sofa, comfy seating, and a large Smart TV. The open-concept kitchen/dining area features wraparound cabinetry and a central 8-foot counter-height table, perfect for connecting over meals. Off the kitchen, step out onto a spacious new deck with Polywood furniture, a dining set, and a fire pit in the grassy backyard—plus bean bag toss for fun! This level also includes a serene master bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV, as well as a full bath with a tub and tiled shower (not en suite for shared access). The staircase to the second floor is located here as well. Second Floor Upstairs, you’ll find a second living area with a cozy couch, board game table, Smart TV, aa "60 games in 1" arcade machine for those rainy days, and toys for all ages. One king bedroom includes a balcony and connects to a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower, also accessible via hallway for use by other guests. Down the hall, another spacious bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a Smart TV. We've been coming to Sister Bay for almost 20 years and when Little Sister resort closed, we had to find new location. We love this house and location! Everything was clean and even though it would have been ideal to have another bathroom, we made it work. We had 10 people and 8 were ages 18-24\. We could walk to beach, all the restaurants and being next door to Husby's for nightly live music was perfect! The main living room had plenty of room to hang out and play games and we appreciated the new and huge washer/dryers as we did several loads of towels during the week. ##### Amy C.
