The Vi.Va. experience is above all outside the home, in the swimming pool at the complete disposal of you Guests from June to September, and on the slopes of the town of Numana, in one of the most evocative and welcoming beaches of the Riviera, with two umbrellas and four sunbeds reserved for the Stella Marina establishment included in the price of the vacation.

Portion of villa with swimming pool. Independent entrance. Ground floor: Large living room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette with dishwasher - delightful private and fenced porch equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.  
  
First floor: double bedroom with direct access to the panoramic terrace - second bedroom with double bed and single bed with direct access to the panoramic terrace - third bedroom with single bed and direct access to the panoramic terrace - fourth bedroom with single bed - two bathrooms both with garage shower - wonderful panoramic terrace equipped with chairs and deckchairs. Access to the swimming pool shared with the 4 apartments of the Villa. Private parking space.  
  
The house offers: two umbrellas and four sunbeds at the Stella Marina bathing establishment in Numana - free municipal shuttle bus to reach the beach - swimming pool available 24 hours a day with sun loungers from June to September - private and fenced porch with barbecue - dishwasher - parking space.
