Location: the apartment is located in the heart of Numana, along the famous Via Marconi, also called Viale degli Oleandri, a wonderful tree-lined avenue overlooking the sea that connects the center of Sirolo to that of Numana. The town center is 100 meters from the apartment, while the wonderful Spiaggiola is only 700 meters.  
  
Description: new and fully equipped, in a residence with swimming pool!  
  
Ground floor: independent entrance – living room with double sofa/bed, kitchenette with dishwasher and dining table – bathroom with washing machine – delightful garden equipped with sun umbrella, table and chairs .  
  
Basement floor: double bedroom – bedroom with bunk bed – bathroom with shower cubicle. Wi-Fi included. Pets not allowed.  
  
Located in a residence with swimming pool available to guests from June to September. New and fully equipped!
