Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastically situated hotel in the heart of the old town. Views over the lake are wonderful. Staff are kind and welcoming, we were looked after extremely well. We loved our breakfast each morning which was always freshly prepared. Morning pastries were a particular treat. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a lovely, private view over the lake. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

A lovely grandma, very friendly dad and a beautiful daughter are managing this place, which make it you feel being at home. The place is very clean and quiet, so you would get enough rest. Since it is a bit of distance with the lake and surroundings, better to have car. The rooms are not very sound proof, so if you are a noisy one, please don't disturb this nice family! The breakfast is excellent, with lots of welcoming and good mood, which makes your day! If you are

This hotel is excellent. From the moment you arrive they can’t do enough for you, from the welcome drink to the recommendations where to eat, to bringing drinks to you. The room was superb, we had a ground floor with sun loungers next to the pool. The breakfast, superb, so much choice, best we’ve ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is the cutest hotel ever.. just 3 rooms. The setting is truly idyllic and the staff are so cute. Yes this is not a big 5 star hotel but it is so worth a stay.

Very easy to find - we got the bus from Train station to Colombare. (Bottom end of Sirmione, great place to stay. Shuttle bus for 1 euro takes you to main area which is about 35 mins walk, nice walk though) The area is quiet and roads very clean with lovely flower borders all along. S Reception & other staff all very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, very simple decor but how long are you in your room? Clean bathroom very limited toiletries lovely clean soft towels. You can also hire...

Staff, location, breakfast everything was brilliant.

I chose this hotel as it is a smaller independent hotel with good reviews, it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location next to the lake. Breakfast was good quality food with a good selection and the views are to die for. Sirmione is a beautiful village in a lovely area, some other picture perfect places were Garda, Malcesine and Limone. It was easy to travel round by hire car and by ferry. I recommend a visit to...

Excellent food, exceptionally friendly owners and staff, hence we keep returning year after year as do many of the friends from different parts of the world whom we meet there each time. Cannot praise this hotel enough.

Fabulous stay exceptionally clean and very welcoming host, comfy bed. Only draw back was transport busses just were not reliable so had to get taxis everywhere

This was my first ever holiday abroad & I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a late arrival (10:30pm) so we collected our keys from the nearby (5 minute walk) 'Yachting hotel Mistral' which is part of the Aqua resorts chain (During the holiday we were also allowed to use the resources at Mistral hotels including their larger pool). On arrival to our apartment there was a lift for easy access which was very useful (especially when you have packed the kitchen sink!) & the...

Brilliant hotel, perfect location and very friendly staff.

Hotel was in a perfect location. 5min walk out of the old town. Great bonus to have the roof top pool, great view from up there. Lovely & quiet up there & great food/snacks. Staff were very helpful with everything we needed. They booked our transfers & all taxis we needed while we were there. Hotel has been done up beautifully, rooms were great. Attention to detail was great. Breakfasts were very nice as well. We would def return.

This is a very nice hotel which has a pleasant atmosphere. The second floor room (at the front of the building) which we occupied overlooked Lake Garda. It was clean and large enough with a good bathroom for two people. A flatscreen television gave access to a number of English channels, which was fine for occasional viewing. The free WiFi access in the room was most welcome, if sometimes a little temperamental. There is a nice pool with seating area around it. The breakfasts provided...
